Overview
Besides the King Kamehameha Floral Parade in June, and the summer polo season AT the Mokuleia or Waaimanaloa Polo Fields, the best horseback riding on the island is on the wet windward side at Kualoa Rance in Kaaawa (808-538-7636). Wonderful trail rides range up into the Kaaawa Valley and start at about $80 each with a Waikiki pickup. The Turtle Bay Hilton in Kahuku has shorter trips that run less than an hour for about $35.
